Rates

  • Concerts and Recitals: $50/hr, 2 hours minimum. $25 for each additional half-hour
  • Rehearsals:  $40/hr
  • Teaching: $20/hr (up to 5 students), $40/hr (6 students or more)
  • Holding a Reception: additional $40 per event; some restrictions may apply
  • Classes, Workshops, and Retreats: Contact us for a quote; rate, in part, decided by nature of the event and number of participants

Terms

Full payment and a signed rental agreement must be received by SACAS no later than a week (7 days) before your event.

Events may be cancelled up to 72 hours beforehand for a full fee refund. Cancellations made less than 72 hours will be refunded minus the deposit. Cancellations made less than 24 hours will not be refunded.

Renters may arrive no more that 15 minutes before their reserved time. Renters will receive instructions on accessing the hall after the full payment has been made.

At the end of your event, restore the space as found
(e.g., restacking folding chairs if used, etc.), lock up, and return the key. Renters have a 15 minute without-cost grace period after the end of their event to do this.

Food and/or drink (other than water) may not be consumed in SACAS without prior permission.

Exclusivity:
Because of the high demand for rental of SACAS we cannot guarantee rental to any individual or group. Because of the residential nature of our neighborhood we give preference to renters with a known history of successfully interacting in this type of environment.

Payment

DO NOT submit payment until you have received approval for your event request. Payment may be by:​​
  • ATM/Credit card by clicking the "Donate" PayPal button
  • In the Special Instructions, indicate "SACAS Deposit" or "SACAS Rental"

To Request Use of SACAS

Carefully read all of the above conditions of usage and fees, and then use our REQUEST FORM to make your inquiry providing the following information:
  • Your contact information:  your name and email address
  • The type/nature of your event you wish to book
  • The requested date and time; include the duration of your event (i.e., 2 hours performance, 1 hour rehearsal, etc.)
  • The anticipated audience or participant size
After your request has been reviewed you will be notified of approval/non-approval of your request. If approved, you will be sent a waiver of liability and usage agreement for your review and signature. To hold the date, a $20 deposit is required when your event is approved.
